Freshman Year Planning – $595

Focused on establishing a strong academic foundation and exploring extracurricular interests.

Includes transcript review, course selection guidance, academic and extracurricular planning, and two individual counseling meetings.

Sophomore Year Planning – $595

Focused on continued academic development and preparing for the more focused college planning process ahead.

Includes transcript review, junior-year course selection, extracurricular involvement, academic goal setting, and two individual counseling meetings.

Junior Year College Planning – $995

Designed to help students explore their college options and prepare for the application process.

Includes academic review, college and major exploration, preliminary college list development, testing and application timeline guidance, and three individual counseling meetings.

Senior Year College Planning – $995

Designed for students who need guidance navigating the college application process but do not require comprehensive application assistance.

Includes college list review and refinement, application timeline planning, admissions requirement guidance, general application strategy, and three individual counseling meetings.

Comprehensive College Counseling

Junior/Senior Year Comprehensive Counseling – $3,995

This package begins in January of junior year and continues through January 1 of senior year, providing personalized guidance throughout the college planning and application process.

Services include:

  • Academic and extracurricular review

  • College and major exploration

  • Development of a balanced, individualized college list

  • Standardized testing and application timeline guidance

  • College application strategy and planning

  • UC, CSU, and Common Application guidance

  • Activities and awards list development

  • UC Personal Insight Question brainstorming and feedback

  • Common Application personal statement and supplemental essay guidance

  • Application review before submission

  • Up to 12 individual counseling meetings during the package period

Academic & College Planning

Individual Application Services

For families who need assistance with specific applications or portions of the admissions process.

CSU Application Guidance – $350

Includes academic history review, campus and major selection guidance, application completion support, and final application review before submission.

UC Application Guidance – $1,750

Includes application strategy, academic history review, activities and awards list development, brainstorming and feedback on all four Personal Insight Questions, and final application review before submission.

Common Application Guidance – $1,750

Includes application strategy, activities and honors list development, personal statement brainstorming and feedback, support for up to ten colleges, feedback on up to five supplemental essays, and final application review before submission.

UC + Common Application Package – $2,995

Includes all services outlined in the individual UC and Common Application packages at a reduced combined rate.

Hourly College Counseling – $130/hour

For families who need assistance with individual questions, college planning, application reviews, or additional services outside their selected package.

Waitlist Assistance

Waitlist assistance, including guidance on Letters of Continued Interest (LOCI) and other waitlist communications, is not included in the packages above and is billed separately at $130 per hour.
